DAY OF COORDINATION
Begins 1 month before your wedding day & includes coordination & management of the planning & design work fully completed by our couples. We serve as the point of contact on your wedding day & help you adhere to the timeline we create, vendor management, guest seating, etc.
PARTIAL PLANNING
We help to put the finishing touches on your planning & serve as point of contact on your wedding day. Do you need help with organizing your seating chart, finding a few vendors to complete your dream team, timeline creation, budget preparation, bridal dress shopping, transportation or wedding coaching? We've got you covered.
EVENT DESIGN
Add on to partial planning services above or purchase design only.
FULL PLANNING, DESIGN & COORDINATION
We plan, design & coordinate your entire wedding ceremony & reception from start to finish. This service level includes identification & vetting of your wedding vendors; managing appointments for tastings, site visits and fittings; attending specified number of in person vendor meetings; etc. We work with you to create the wedding of your dreams.

We identify & vet event vendors; review & negotiate vendor contracts; coordinate appointments for site visits, select rentals, determine floral designs, etc.; design space layout, flow and logistics; work with entire vendor team to align with your timeline & event plans; assist with obtaining permits, licenses, insurance, etc. to safely and legally host your event; and so much more!
